Limited King Salmon opportunities. Now waiting for the 2025 season announcements.

Come July we will be offering a limited number of salmon trips.  We will be targeting Chinook (king) salmon on weekends only.

The 2023 season saw a great return of high quality king salmon and 2024 was just as good if not better.  As the opening dates of the 2025 season haven’t been announced yet, we will post our availability as soon as we know.  If you’re looking to find out what’s biting or to book a salmon fishing charters, please give us a call.

Albacore Tuna Fishing
Season typically occurs in August and September

This is where the name Pacific “Bluewater” Sportfishing comes from. Every summer the warm blue water works its way north to the Pacific Northwest and with this warmer blue water also come albacore tuna.  We troll for these fish with the ultimate goal of hooking up one fish and transitioning into a live bait stop.  Our platform allows for a nice 7 rod troll spread but once transitioned to live anchovies 6 anglers all hooked up on live bait is a euphoria that once experienced will never be forgotten.  Please give us a call to book your next Westport fishing charter.

Standby for upcoming halibut dates for the 2025 season.

Typically found in the deep water canyon edges of the Pacific Ocean we will be fishing for these bottom dwellers in depths from 500-700 feet. Seats will be limited as the season is only open for a few days each year.  Click the fishing tab for the currently available fishing dates.

Meet Your Captain

Sometimes it’s not always about the boat you are on, sometimes it boils down to your host and captain.  I’m a graduate of the University of Washington Tacoma, have been in the service industry for my entire life, and have had a love of fishing that goes as far back as I can remember.  I’ve lived and fished in the Pacific Northwest my entire life and my passion has always been fishing in saltwater.

I’m a 50 ton Master captain with tow endorsement.  I have my FCC radio license, and I’m certified in CPR and basic first aid.

I could give you my accolades so you know that I know what I’m doing out on the water.  I could tell you things like I’ve won or placed in local derbies, I’ve been on offshore tournament winning boats, I’ve pulled monster halibut over the rail and have plugged my boat with as many tuna as it can hold….or I could take a quick second to let you know what I want you to experience if you charter with me.

I want to provide you with an experience where as much as you remember the fishing, you remember that you never questioned your safety, that the captain and crew were helpful, that they shared their knowledge, and they went out of their way to make sure you had the best time you could have while on the water.

I can’t wait to welcome you aboard.

Meet Our Crew Members

Tommy is a man that needs no introduction.  It will be an honor to occasionally have him be part of the team.

He’s a tournament winner, a presenter, a host, and a certified killer of all things that swim in the ocean.  His tactics are sound and with purpose.  Those on board when Tommy is running the deck will have a hands-on education of the seminars he teaches.

Phil’s love for the water started small and has ended up big.  An avid fly and river fisherman Phil has turned his love of water to the offshore environment.

He’s now gained years of fishing experience for halibut, ling cod and albacore and can’t wait to share his experience with you.

Lance has been fishing the offshore waters as long as our captain.  Partly because they are long time friends and partly because Lance loves fishing.

Lance knows the boat, knows the process and loves to get people excited about fishing.  At the end of the day it’s impossible to not have fun if Lance is on the boat.
